Validation Process for Bronze PishgamanSSL
This is an automatic one step validation process where we check whether the applicant has the right to use the domain name used in the application. This process takes only 10 minutes. We do this validation by reviewing domain name ownership records available publicly through Internet or approved global domain name registrars.- Validation may be supplemented through the use of the administrator contact associated with the domain name register record for communication with PishgamanSSL validation staff or for automated email challenges.

- Domain Validation i.e. The applicant has the right to use the domain name used in the application. This step is automatic and is
- Validated by reviewing domain name ownership records available publicly through Internet or approved global domain name registrars.
- Validation may be supplemented through the use of the administrator contact associated with the domain name register record for communication with PishgamanSSL validation staff or for automated email challenges.
- Validation may be supplemented through the use of generic emails which ordinarily are only available to the person(s) controlling the domain name administration, for example webmaster@..., postmaster@..., admin@...
- Legal Entity Check.
This step aims at checking if you are a Legal Business Identity. This step demands an official government documentation providing you the right to do business.
We need atleast one document proving that you are legally permitted to do business.
We accept the following documents :- Articles of Incorporation.
- Certificate of Formation.
- Charter Documents.
- Business License.
- Doing Business As.
- Registration of Trade Name.
- Partnership Papers.
- Fictitious Name Statement.
- Vendor/Reseller/Merchant License.
- Merchant certificate.
- Sales License.
(We can also accept any other document demonstrating that you have the right to do business.) - We can request for official company documentation such as certificate of Formation, Business License, Articles of Incorporation, Sales License or other relevant documents.
- If the applicant is an individual he can submit a proof of identity such a s driving licence, passport.
- Location check.
This step aims at checking if your business actually exist physically i.e. We need some kind of an address proof.
We accept : Telephone bill, Electricity bill, Rent Agreement.
* * * We can also accept any other document with an address proof.
- Management responsibility check.
This step aims at checking whether the Certificate Applicant actually represents the organization for which the certificate is being issued.
We accept : An Authorization letter from the domain owner, Appointment letter with the organization.
This step is optional. This step will be executed only if the case is suspicious and we feel that we need addition verification before we can issue a certificate.
